Home Study: Week 1
Virtual Welcome Session with Human Resources.
Meet with Learning and Development to review your training plan.
Work with sales training and corporate team members in virtual training sessions.
Work with sales training on assigned tasks.
Week 1 Focus: History of Drug Testing, Testing Methodologies, and Why Precision?
PHASE
TWO
In-Field Training & Continued Home Study: Minimum of 4 Weeks
Week 2: Specialty Focus: Pain Management
Week 3: Specialty Focus: Primary Care and Internal Medicine
Week 4: Specialty Focus: Behavioral Health and Addiction Medicine
Week 5: The Customer Commitment Journey and Account Management
PHASE
THREE
New Hire Sales Training Class: One Week Class in San Diego which takes place 6-12 weeks after Phase One (Home Study) begins.
Join 5-10 fellow new hires at Precision’s corporate office in San Diego.
Discussion with Lab Director on the science and technology behind Precision’s services, including a tour of our laboratory.
Educational sessions with team members from key departments.
Interactive sessions with Sales Leadership and sales team members on messaging and best practices in the field.
Collaborate with fellow new hires to develop messaging.
Gain a large support system outside of your assigned territory and region.
