WHAT TO EXPECT AS WE GET TO KNOW EACH OTHER

Through our sales interview process, you will get the chance to meet with multiple levels of our Sales Leadership team who will be there to support your success with Precision Diagnostics. 

You will get to experience a full day in the role to gather firsthand knowledge of what to expect. We will provide you with all the information you need to determine if our organization is the place for you to continue to build your career.  

Once our Recruiter has moved you forward to meet with the Regional Sales Manager, you can expect one week between each of the three additional interviews. Sometimes we may move more quickly, at times we may need more patience as we align our schedules. Either way, we want to ensure you use our thorough interview process as a starting point for your training and onboarding process, and for everyone to have the chance to evaluate if we can be successful together!

PHONE INTERVIEW WITH RECRUITER

30 MIN 

You will have a 20-30-Minute conversation with our Recruiter to learn about Precision Diagnostics, the role of a sales representative on our team, and alignment of our mutual goals.

VIDEO INTERVIEW WITH RECRUITER

60 MIN 

You will have a 60-Minute video interview where you have the opportunity to dig into a conversation with our Recruiter to prepare yourself with the knowledge of Precision’s products and services, why our clients work with us over other labs, the value we provide to our clients, the day to day activities and schedules which will set you up for success in the role, the team, and training process. We want you to have the information you need to paint a clear picture of your role as a valued sales team member.  

VIDEO INTERVIEW WITH REGIONAL SALES MANAGER

60 MIN 

Next you will have a 60-Minute video interview with the Regional Sales Manager who you will be partnered with when you join Precision’s sales team.

FIELD RIDE DAY

FULL DAY 

The field ride day is an opportunity to spend a full workday in the field, you will get the chance to experience the following:  

  • Get to know the teammate you will be working with 

  • Experience what a full successful day may look like in the role 

  • Meet current and prospective clients 

  • Witness and participate in conversations around the value Precision provides to our clients 

  • Gather more information to determine if Precision and the position are the right fit for you 

FINAL VIDEO INTERVIEW WITH SALES LEADERSHIP

60 MIN 

60-Minute video interview with our Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales, and the Regional Sales Manager you will be working with. This final stage of our interview process is the chance to get to know the leadership team who will support your success in your sales role with Precision.
