YOU ARE MORE THAN A SALES REP, YOU'RE AN EXPERT, A PARTNER AND A VALUABLE ASSET TO YOUR CLIENTS

Our mission is to understand the overall goals of every provider we work with so we can ensure alignment with the value Precision Diagnostics will deliver.

Through detailed discovery conversations with current and prospective clients, you will continue to gain insight into their patient satisfaction successes and goals so we can decrease their administrative burden, give providers more time with their patients, and improve patient outcomes. Providers want to ensure they are giving all their patients access to quality and affordable healthcare; your job is to understand what that means to each client, so we know how to best serve them.

What is a typical day like in this role?

What is a typical day like in this role? We do not use the word typical, there is no such thing in this role. But we can tell you what may experience on any given day!

YOUR TERRITORY = YOUR STRATEGY

You will build out your own daily routes to effectively cover the full geography of your territory, you will build out your own prospecting lists (of course with the support and guidance of best practices from your team!).

THE ROAD WARRIOR

Let us not sugar coat it, this is a road warrior position! You are working from a car office, not a home office, visiting 15-20 clinics every day. You will have days you work close to home and have that average 8-5 day, but you will also have days you will need to drive 90 minutes to a 7:30am meeting and wrap your day at 5:30 before driving that 90 minutes back home. Some weeks you may have one overnight, some weeks none, some weeks more. Some days you may have a perfect route planned out and a client from the opposite side of your territory needs you, so you drop everything and take care of that client. Now it is time to pull out that backup route you planned out so you can still have a full successful day!
